Where are you from?
Originally Connecticut, but I lived in Rhode Island for several years before moving to Florida. I now reside in beautiful Palm Coast.

How old are you?
32 years young.

What do you do to make money?
I’m the Director of Real Estate Sales for Commercial Alliance Group. We’re lucky enough to have two of the nicest communities and best condo deals on the Atlantic Coast of Florida- Palm Coast Resort and Callalisa Villas. The opportunity for ownership at Palm Coast Resort is a golfer’s dream with membership to a Jack Nicklaus Signature and a Tom Watson Signature Course, and Callalisa Villas in New Smyrna Beach is a boater’s paradise offering a free boat slip. The incentive packages at each are simply incredible, and now we even have seller financing available. It’s a lot of fun. And golfing with clients counts as a “business meeting”. You can’t go wrong.

What, besides golf, do you do for fun?
I love to travel, see beautiful and historic places, meet interesting people, enjoy a good show, learn something new or discover cool experiences in general. I used to play football and still like to stay physically active by working out, running, etc. I’m a big sports fan...

Tell us about your ideal woman?
Somebody who enjoys good conversation and more importantly laughs at my jokes, which are funny sometimes. If she can cook that’s a bonus, because I don’t.

Tell everyone about your first kiss…
Wow, these questions are hilarious. It was the seventh grade Halloween dance. I went as a greaser from the ‘50s, I think she was dressed as a princess. Anyway, she asked me to dance to a Phil Collins song and before I knew it she went in for the kill. Never saw it coming...

Who is the most beautiful person you know, inside and out?
That would have to be my Mom, without a doubt.

Tell us something about yourself only your closest friends know.
I can sing. And dance.

What do you find to be the most annoying habit people have?
Lack of consideration for others.

Of the three, would you choose love, happiness or money?
I’m not of the belief that you can’t have everything in life.

What do you fear the most?
Great White Sharks or anything else that may consider me breakfast.

Name three movie stars you would like to go on a date with.
Three is kind of over-doing it. I’m not sure I could handle more than two movie stars at a time- they can be kind of high maintenance.

What three people would you like to play with in your fantasy golf foursome?
Warren Buffett, Abe Lincoln and Jim Morrison. Partly because it would be one interesting round but also because I know I could beat at least two out of the three.I’ve heard Warren plays a lot of golf, but Abe and Jim? I’m taking those guys...
